Cy did an outstanding job for us. He came when he promised and put in a new unit which we have been very happy with. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

I had the best experience with Tailered AV LLC. Cy made a special trip over on his way home to see exactly what I needed. He was polite, kind, trustworthy, and professional. He made good on his word and removed my old plasma TV from the wall, hung my new TV, and installed my sound bar. He ran the wires thru the walls into the cabinet so all is hidden. I would highly recommend him! 5 stars!!

Cy Maxwell does a great job. He installed TVs in a dance studio where I was working. They looked fantastic. We often got compliments about how great they were from a practical standpoint, but also about how great they looked. His installation skills really made the studio look even more polished and professional. I highly recommend reaching out to him whether you need something installed for your business or home!

Amazing!!! After losing my patience with nothing ever working I decided to hire Cy to get everything straightened out. Best $$$$ I have EVER spent!!! I came home to my TV flawlessly mounted on my wall and with the touch of a button the TV, Sonos and cable all turned on seamlessly. My other half and I, as I'm sure many stories go, attempted to install our own television wall mount. Needless to say, we resorted to Google. We stumbled uppon Cy, and thankfully so. Update: Just wanted to say how wonderful Cy's customer service is! My projector malfunctioned, and he immediately got it replaced with a new one. He definitely did not want me to miss out on the superbowl on the big screen. I tried to offer him something for his troubles with having to reinstall the replacement and he wouldn't hear of it. A great guy. I am a happy guy tonight! Hello Netflix on a 120 inch screen!

Cy did a wonderful job setting up and installing my home theater. I had a budget that my fiancée and I wanted to stay near, and he came through as promised. He hooked us up with a fantastic full HD projector and 120" screen. He wired up everything through our receiver and 5.1 speaker set up that I had previously purchased. He plugged in our Amazon Fire TV and Xbox One S so we can watch or play on a massive screen. Absolutely amazing. The sound. The picture. Everything.

Nothing but good things to say about the owner and this company. He's always professional and gives his clients the best deal on any products he sells and gives them his undivided attention.

We met with Cy for a quote for hanging 5 tvs, 2 of which were on brick and stone, and to install speakers in the ceiling both inside and outside our house. He was very professional at our meeting and sent us a professional quote that night. We accepted his quote and he scheduled our job for later that week.

I can't say enough about how great Cy was. He installed all of our tvs, gave us great pricing on some additional cables we needed and found an issue that our builder never pre-wired for our speakers! He agreed to return once the builder wired for the speakers and came back as soon as I let him know we were ready.

Cy also set up our Sonos system and gave us a tutorial on how everything worked. He's such a nice guy and has followed up a few times to be sure we didn't have any questions. I couldn't recommend him more and will definitely use him in the future when we finish our basement!

I hired Tailored AV to instal my 70" tv and Sonos surround system at my new property. I was slightly concerned about the installation as the last couple of people I've used did a messy job leaving me with a wreck when I moved. Cy did a phenomenal and organized job and was definitely the most knowledgeable and professional person I've dealt with regarding this matter. I highly recommend Tailord AV for installation services!
